-Repair/replace roof (roof is leaking into bedrooms)

-Converting the attic into a bedroom

-Leadership School Funding

-Furniture (couches, chairs, lamps etc.)

-Finish enclosing the fence all the way around the house

-Appliance upgrades (freezer chest, dishwasher, plates etc.)

-New pool table (old one is warped)
