The objective of this work is to present a short reference to the historical setting in which the constitution of the Pakistan Student Association at Western Michigan University came into being.
The variables which helped develop the rise of the constitution of Pakistan Student Association were dictated by events that brought about a general feeling of the Pakistani student population that its recreation was most necessary.

Section A:Duties of the Officers.
The duties of the officers will be as follows and/or as may be dicided in a general meeting and/or an executive board meeting.
Will be the chief executive officer; preside all meetings; decide day to day matters; represent the association at various forums; shall make rules for the more convenient transaction of the business of the P.S.A and for the allocation among the members of the cabinet.
Perform functions of the President in his/her absence or as may be delegated by the President.
Keep all records of the membership. Reponsible for organizing all the social events.
Maintain books of accounts; maintain finances; prepare annual budget and annual accounts.
Design, Develop nad Update the WebSite.
Keep all other records; keep informaion of the members and of the organization.
Section B: Qualifications for holding Office.
All members who are on academic, social, or personal probation shall not hold any elected or appointed office.
Section A:Elections of Officers.
Section B: Filling Vacancies.

Section C: Resignation / Removal of Officers.
Section A:Cabinet Meeting.
Cabinet meetings will be held every week on Friday or as when deemed necessary by the President.
Section B:General Meeting.
General meetings will be held once in a semester or as when deemed necessary by the President. At least one week notice will be given to members for the meeting.
Section C:Qourum.
A quorum for meeting will be fifty percent of members. In case a quorum is not present the meeting will be adjourned for a maximum of two days. Members present at the adjourned meeting will be the quorum for that meeting.
