PRESIDENT

NAME: Quan Lateef
AKA: The #1 PRES! or "Miss Prez"
YEAR: Senior
MAJOR: Broadcast Cable Productions (BCP)
MINOR: (triple minor) in Journalism, music and spanish.
INTEREST: Giving back and volunteering! I am an RA in that young DAVIS Hall (G floor!) and Co-President of the premiere Org. Platinum HEAT. Outside of that I am a Western Student Ambassador, star in my very own TV show, 7 DEGREES JAMS...and Whew...a trillion other things...Oh yEah ... I participated in ASB (Alternative Spring Break)!!!
IN MY OWN WORDS: NAACPis one of the most important things I do... I am commited to the struggle and the thought that TODAY is the DAY that we will over come. I truely believe that today's youth will be the leaders of tomorrow and that it is very important for us to make sure that we are prepared mind, body and soul to take our people into the next generation.

INTEREST: Shopping,Travel,Basketball, Football, Beauty & Fashion...I love giving back, I volunteer for an elementary K-6 "lola love da kids..." I like listening to people, the wisest thing anyone can do is listen to the things going on around them, and I am all about uplifting people of color.
