Since its inception at WMU, ISA has remained dedicated to the integration of the WMU indian community with the rest of this very diverse campus. Our vision provides the best explanation of our purpose.

• Representing the Indian culture and promoting unity among its members and the community as a whole.
• Providing opportunities for our members to contribute in a philanthropic manner to the City of Kalamazoo, Western Michigan University, and the Indian community.
• Interacting and learning from other organizations and having an influence in important campus issues.
